From shared spreadsheets to one dispatch console

A regional freight operator was scheduling 400 daily jobs across shared spreadsheets, with drivers phoning in status updates. Dispatchers spent the day reacting instead of planning.

We built a web platform with live driver positions, job boards and automatic customer texts. Routine changes, like moving stops when a route runs late, are automated inside set limits. Anything outside them goes to a dispatcher with a suggested fix.

A savings app launched in one quarter

A founding team had a Figma file, a regulatory sponsor and a launch date. They needed a product in both stores, not a proof of concept.

We shipped a React Native app with KYC onboarding, open-banking connectivity and round-up savings, plus a small assistant that answers questions from the customer's own goals and transactions. It explains, it never advises, and every answer shows the numbers it used.

Contract review that keeps an analyst in charge

A services firm had analysts reading 300-page supplier contracts to find the same twelve clauses every time. The work was slow, expensive and easy to get wrong late on a Friday.

We built a review tool that extracts the clauses with citations back to the source page, scores its own confidence, and routes anything uncertain to an analyst queue. A set of real contracts is rerun on every change to catch quality slipping.

An ageing clinic system moved to the cloud with no downtime

A clinic group ran scheduling and records on an ageing on-premise application. It was slow, hard to change and one hardware failure away from a very bad week.

We moved the system to a managed cloud environment piece by piece and rebuilt the patient portal for booking and forms. A final addition drafts a short intake summary for the clinician to check, and it never leaves the clinic's own cloud account.

Storefront search turning a plain-language request into filters and matched products

A storefront that stays up on its busiest day

Peak traffic took the old storefront down twice in one quarter, and shoppers searching the way they talk, like "waterproof jacket for hiking under 80", got nothing useful back.

We replatformed onto a headless stack with a cached storefront and load tests that now run before every campaign. Search was rebuilt to turn plain-language requests into filters and ranked results.
